Description
On a hit, the target must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. Grants the user advantage on Intimidation checks. Once per day, the user can cast Phantasmal Killer (save DC 17). It is mainly an elemental weapon made to keep enemies at distance, capable of launching them in the air, creating temporary energy barriers and even of throwing projectiles.
