Description
You reach into the mind of one creature you can see, forcing it to make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the target cannot distinguish friend from foe, treating all visible creatures as enemies until the spell ends. The target can repeat the saving throw each time it takes damage, ending the effect on a success. When choosing a target for an attack or ability, the affected creature must select randomly from visible creatures, and it must make opportunity attacks against enemies if able.
