Description
You choose an area of water that you can see within range and that fits within a 5-foot cube. You can manipulate it in one of the following ways: move or change the flow of the water up to 5 feet, form simple shapes that animate for 1 hour, change the water's color or opacity for 1 hour, or freeze the water (unfreezing in 1 hour) if no creatures are present. You can have no more than two non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and can dismiss an effect as an action.
