Description
Whimstiss City is a sprawling metropolis under the archbishop that entangles itself along the steep slopes of a snowy mountain, where narrow, winding streets can barely accommodate the bustling life of its citizens. Each layer of the city boasts unique architecture, with colorful buildings that contrast sharply with the pristine white landscape.
