Elauria

A harsh desert and semi-arid scrubland with vast flat basins, scattered mountain ranges, and saline lakes. The climate is extreme, with scorching summers and freezing winters, and minimal rainfall. The inhabitants are nomadic or semi-nomadic, living in small, mobile settlements with little interaction between groups.

Endless flat basins of cracked earth and sparse scrub, dotted with shimmering saline lakes reflecting the harsh sun. Jagged mountain ranges rise sporadically, casting long shadows. The landscape shifts dramatically from blistering heat by day to icy cold by night. The high elevation is barely noticeable until you reach the east or west coasts where the drop is immense.
