Charming yet depraved, Belial is a master strategist with a penchant for twisting truths and sowing discord. He presents a charismatic facade that conceals his true malevolent nature, constantly scheming and plotting to further his own agenda.

Belial, the Lord of Lies, is a cunning archdevil who wields the manipulative and deceitful aspects of fire to maintain his power and influence over Phlegethos. He revels in cruelty, enjoys the suffering of others, and derives pleasure from manipulation.
