Born from dark experiments by multi-species scientists known as the Bio-Perfecter Researchers (BPR), the Necroids emerged on the ocean planet Abyss Seal, orbiting a black hole. Once semi-sapient sea creatures, they were uplifted and enhanced to be a perfected species. But the experiment went too far. The Necroids evolved rapidly, gaining the terrifying ability to absorb other sentient beings and convert them into their own kind. Alarmed, the BPR tried to shut them down—too late. A few Necroids escaped. Hiding in the shadows, they built their numbers and technology in secret. By the time the BPR realized, the Necroids had already taken the planet. Their creators were purged in brutal uprisings. Now, with fleets of nanotech battleships, magical mecha, and divine powered spacecraft, the Necroids are ready to claim the stars.
