Growing up as a Belgian refugee on British soil, she felt a responsibility to help defend the nation that sheltered her and her siblings. Opting to stay and fight, she joined the UN forces once the southern coast became a major frontline. She's established herself well into her squadron, and often performs volunteer duties in her off hours.
