Actions

Automatic Fire

The soldier fires a burst from their automatic rifle, targeting a creature within 60 feet. This attack deals 2d8 piercing damage. The soldier can make this attack three times in one turn.

Rocket Launcher

The soldier fires a single-shot, anti-vehicular rocket from their launcher, creating a 10-foot radius explosion at a point they can see within 120 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 explosive damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Can only be used once, then the launcher is discarded.

Suppressive Fire

The soldier opens fire at a designated area they can see within 120 feet. In that designated 5-foot radius area, any enemy creature suffers a -5 penalty to all attacks and movements, in addition, until the end of the turn any creature passing throught this, and the cone of fire leading into it, must make a dexterity saving throw or they will take a grazing hit from the automatic rifle for 1d6 of damage.

Tactical Positioning

The soldier can use their reaction to move up to half their movement speed when an enemy they can see makes an attack against them, providing tactical repositioning despite incoming fire. Any sturdy cover (brick, steel, concrete, etc), regardless of height, counts as full cover once taken.
