Description
Lowtown is a grimy underbelly of Convergence City, where the desperate and destitute struggle to survive amidst crime and chaos. The streets are alive with the hustle of junkies, dealers, and thieves, creating a tense atmosphere where danger lurks around every corner.
Appearance
The area is characterized by narrow, winding alleys filled with makeshift lean-tos and crumbling buildings. Dimly lit by flickering street lamps, the air is thick with the stench of refuse and smoke, while shadows dance in the corners, hinting at the presence of lurking threats.
