backstory
As a child, Neridia suffered from severe insomnia, leading her parents to exhaust every known resource to help her. At age 10, she realized she did not need to sleep and that life was a waking nightmare. Shortly after, her parents fell victim to a mysterious sleeping illness, and she was taken in by her uncle. Adopting the moniker 'Ms. Nightmare', she crafted a facade as a sleep researcher to cover her true goals.
