A ghostly figure resembling a Sea Elf, Othrelia has flowing, translucent hair that shimmers like the surface of the water. Her skin is pale with a bluish tint, and her eyes glow with a soft, ethereal light. She wears tattered remnants of ceremonial robes adorned with seashells and coral, and her form occasionally flickers like a candle in the wind, giving her an otherworldly presence.

Othrelia is wise and serene, often speaking in a melodic tone that echoes the sound of waves. She is deeply connected to the ocean and its mysteries, showing compassion to those who honor her, but can be vengeful and fierce against those who seek to exploit the sea's gifts. Her presence is both calming and haunting, as she embodies the duality of the ocean's beauty and danger.

Once a revered Sea Elf priestess, Othrelia dedicated her life to the worship of ocean deities and the protection of her coastal village. During a great storm, she perished while trying to save her people from the rising tides. Now, her spirit lingers in the Drowned Chapel, bound to the site of her devotion. She guards the chapel, offering blessings to those who approach with respect, but unleashing her wrath upon those who disrespect the sanctity of the sea.
