Faint, haunting chants can be heard echoing from below the water's surface, hinting at the knowledge and secrets still held within.

The library's stone walls are covered in algae and barnacles, with intricate carvings barely visible beneath the murky water. Dim light filters through the surface, casting eerie shadows on the submerged shelves and floating texts.
