Neo-Japan 2089: Gangs rule, chaos controls all.

Author's Note: Update - Things i still need to add is more characters and spells for netrunners and rockers. Crime has evolved into an economy. Syndicates run entire districts: the Neuroflex deals in biotech enhancements and ghost-hacking, the Kuro no Kōra controls the flow of hyperstims and neural drugs, and the Black Lotus rules with blades and whispers—old-school honor fused with ruthless efficiency. Smaller gangs war over territory like rats in a cage, each trying to claw their way into the power vacuum left behind. Drones patrol the skies, but they're blind unless paid to see. Surveillance is everywhere, but justice is rare. Civilians survive by staying invisible, or by picking a flag and praying they chose right. Tokyo has become Shinsei-ku—the New Sacred Ward. A fractured metropolis lit by neon, ruled by steel, and soaked in betrayal. And in this city, if you want peace... You’d better be the one holding the biggest gun.
