House Celtigar of @Claw Isleis a Valyrian noble house in the @Crownlands sworn to House Targaryen since before the conquest. Their sigil is red crabs strewn on white. Their lord, @Lord Alton Celtigar, is a member of the small council and is the hand of the king.
