Description
The Tower of Arcane Arts stands as the pinnacle of magical study, reaching high into the sky with its spiraling architecture. Inside, it houses advanced research labs, classrooms for elite spellcasters, and the private chambers of the Arch-Mage, all infused with powerful enchantments. At the summit, an observatory allows scholars to study celestial phenomena and their effects on the weave of magic.
