Once a beacon of timekeeping in the city, The Cobalt Clocktower now stands half-ruined, its once majestic presence marred by age and neglect. Despite its deteriorated state, the tower still houses intricate clockwork mechanisms that occasionally whirr to life, chiming faintly at unpredictable intervals, echoing through the nearby streets and drawing the curiosity of passersby.
