Galumph Harbor is a bustling port where cruise ships and cargo vessels once thrived. However, the area is now plagued by mutated sea life and transformed inhabitants, leaving the harbor in a state of disarray and fear.

The harbor features rusting docks, overgrown with strange bioluminescent algae, and ships that are half-submerged or abandoned. The air is thick with the smell of salt and decay, while the water shimmers with unnatural colors, hinting at the mutations lurking beneath the surface.
