Arc-Wraiths are the remnants of human hackers or rogue AI programs that have transcended their physical forms to become living electromagnetic phantoms. They haunt the neon-lit ruins of cities, moving through power grids and cybernetic networks, seeking revenge or spreading corrupting whispers.
