backstory
Tahlia was born in Skyreach Village, a hidden Aarakocra settlement nestled in the Northwind Barrens, where warriors, scholars, and mystics live in harmony with the winds. Raised by a community that valued both combat and wisdom, she trained in martial arts under the guidance of the village’s monks, while also learning from its druids and scholars.
Yet, unlike many of her kin who found peace in the solitude of the skies, Tahlia felt restless. During deep meditation, the wind itself seemed to whisper to her, urging her to seek something beyond Skyreach. Despite Nerevya Windcaller’s warnings, she ventured beyond the mountains, believing she had a greater role to play in the world.
But her journey ended in captivity—ambushed mid-flight, grounded by a net, and sold to slavers. Now, locked in a cage aboard The Black Thorn, she waits, watching for the right moment to fight for her freedom.
