Mist Hag Medium Fey - CR 4.5 The Mist Hag is a twisted and malevolent creature that thrives in dense fog, using it to conceal her form and strike from the shadows. Her hunched figure is cloaked in tattered, mist-covered robes that seem to drift in and out of existence. Her pale, wrinkled skin is cracked like dry mud, and her long, spindly fingers end in sharp claws that drip with poison. Her eyes glow faintly through the mist, revealing her position only for an instant before she vanishes again. The Mist Hag has control over the fog, able to summon dense clouds to disorient her prey, and she delights in playing cruel tricks on travelers before luring them to their doom.
Illusory Whispers
The hag can project false sounds and voices within the mist as an action, causing all creatures within 60 feet to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn.
Mist Walk
The hag can become one with the mist, teleporting up to 30 feet or becoming invisible while in fog or mist for up to 1 minute.
Poison Claws
Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) poison damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute.
