Description
Kuo-toa are depraved aquatic humanoids that dwell in the dark depths of the sea, exhibiting a twisted form of intelligence steeped in madness. Known for their gnarled fingers and bulging eyes, these saltwater denizens exhibit both cunning and brutishness, often forming fanatical cults to worship obscure sea deities. Their skin, slick and glistening, is tinted in shades of green and gray, making them difficult to see in murky waters, and they are notorious for their insidious schemes and treachery against other races.
