A massive crater in the Plateau Expanse, surrounded by warped terrain and strange anomalies. The air shimmers with residual magic, and the ground is littered with fragments of failed summoning rituals. This site was one of Alistair’s early attempts to open a portal to Vecna’s realm, and its failure created a zone where abominations spawn uncontrollably. Key features include The Rift Scar, a crack in reality that occasionally spews aberrations and necrotic energy; The Guardian Behemoth, a massive abomination roaming the area; and The Ritual Stones, scattered remnants of the original portal apparatus, pulsing erratically with unstable magic.
The crater is surrounded by warped terrain, with jagged rocks and pulsating energy emanating from the ground. Strange anomalies flicker in the air, distorting the landscape and creating an eerie atmosphere.
