Wish is the most powerful spell a mortal can cast, altering reality as desired. It can replicate any spell of 8th level or lower without components or requirements. Alternatively, it can: Create a non-magical object worth up to 25,000 gp. Fully heal up to 20 creatures and end effects like greater restoration. Grant resistance to a damage type for up to 10 creatures. Grant immunity to a spell or magical effect for 10 creatures for 8 hours. Undo a recent event by forcing a reroll within the last round, reshaping reality. You can attempt effects beyond these, but the DM decides the outcome. Risk increases with the wish’s complexity, potentially leading to unintended consequences or partial success. Casting Wish for non-replication purposes causes severe strain: Strength drops to 3 for 2d4 days, casting spells causes necrotic damage, and there’s a 33% chance you can never cast Wish again.
