Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Description
Drakthar Heights is the legendary first village established by dragons, nestled high in the craggy peaks of the Skyrender Mountains. Once a humble settlement, it has flourished into the largest dragon city on the planet, with hundreds of draconic inhabitants of various breeds coexisting in a magnificent tapestry of scales and majesty. The city is a marvel of architecture, with structures seamlessly integrated into the rocky cliffs, featuring grand halls and towering spires fashioned from gleaming stone and intricately carved with ancient runes.
