Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.
Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Description
Rainbowood Forest is a vibrant and enchanting woodland filled with towering trees that have thin, smooth bark. The interior of the wood showcases a mesmerizing array of colors, creating a kaleidoscopic effect. The ground is composed of red, sandy dirt, sparsely covered with grass and dotted with various shrubs, adding to the forest's unique charm.
