Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Description
The Drakthar Parliament Building is a grand structure crafted from shimmering stone, reflecting the colors of the surrounding landscape. It serves as the first-ever government building established by dragons, where important meetings and discussions among dragon representatives from various cities take place.
Appearance
The building features towering spires resembling dragon claws, with intricate carvings of ancient draconic symbols adorning its walls. Massive stained glass windows depict historical events in dragonkind, casting colorful light across the interior.
