Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.
Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Description
Nestled within the heart of the Copper Ridge Community, this shimmering pool serves as a sanctuary for the resident dragons. The water glistens with a copper hue, reflecting the surrounding rocky terrain, and is said to possess magical properties that rejuvenate the dragons who bathe in it.
Appearance
The pool is surrounded by jagged copper-colored rocks and lush greenery, with steam rising gently from its surface. Occasionally, the sound of dragon roars echoes in the air as they take flight from the cliffs above, adding to the majestic atmosphere of the area.
