Humans do not have magic here. Dragons come in different builds, so ive separated them by such.
Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.

Description
The Hearth of Hope is a warm and welcoming soup kitchen run by the followers of Darkjaw, a dragonic god of death. This establishment not only serves nourishing meals to the hungry but also provides temporary shelter for the homeless, offering them a safe haven and a chance to rebuild their lives.
Appearance
The building is a modest, stone structure with a thatched roof, adorned with colorful banners depicting symbols of hope and compassion. Inside, the air is filled with the comforting aroma of simmering soups, and the walls are lined with wooden tables where patrons gather to share meals and stories.
