Humans do not have magic here. Dragons come in different builds, so ive separated them by such.
Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.

Description

The air is filled with the soothing sound of ticking, and the walls are adorned with gears and cogs, showcasing the craftsmanship of the owner, a gnome clockmaker known for his eccentric inventions.
Appearance
The shop has a warm, inviting glow, with wooden shelves lined with clocks of all shapes and sizes. A large, ornate clock hangs above the entrance, its pendulum swinging rhythmically, drawing in curious customers.
