Author's Note: This world is based on a series im writing. Its to help me try and visualize things. Most names are filler names and not canon. Featured characters are main characters in the book.
Humans do not have magic here. Dragons come in different builds, so ive separated them by such.
Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.

Description
The Whispering Stacks is a large, ancient library filled with towering shelves of dusty tomes and scrolls. The air is thick with the scent of parchment and ink, and the soft rustle of pages turning can be heard as if the books themselves are sharing secrets with one another.
Appearance
The library's exterior is a charming blend of stone and timber, with ivy creeping up its walls. Inside, warm candlelight illuminates the rich mahogany shelves, and cozy reading nooks invite visitors to lose themselves in the written word.
