She is known for her cold demeanor, particularly toward others, and is not afraid to use violence or intimidation to achieve her objectives. Her relationship with Heidegger and other Shinra executives is mostly transactional, with Scarlet being willing to do whatever it takes to climb the corporate ladder, including stepping on others. Scarlet's arrogance and cruelty make her one of the most despised characters in the Shinra hierarchy, and her actions contribute to the many dark deeds carried out by the corporation. She is a symbol of Shinra’s moral decay, using her intelligence and ambition for destructive ends.
