Author's Note: Experience Midgar from Final Fantasy VII (mixing the 1997' and the Ramake version).
Because of the city's verticality, this version of Midgar is structured very differently from what you would see in the official games, like how slums were positioned on the sides of the sectors, to create distance between the plates and the underground areas. Another key factor of structural changes is the map editor of Friends & Fables, it only supports rectangles, making it impossible to create actual "sectors" in a triangular shape. Big buildings are actually "areas", providing more complexity with their inner structure, for example with "Shinra's Headquarters" it was possible to make a complex series of rooms, labs and key areas.
Even though the world editor is full of interesting settings and tools, adapting the world of Final Fantasy 7 to a world of Friends & Fables is not an easy task, for example, it's impossible to use just one "currency", forcing us to add Gold, Silver and Copper Gilds, which don't exist in the official world.
In this version of Midgar, you can visit every place that you would play in Final Fantasy 7 and in addition to that you can visit places that were only mentioned in the official games.

A middle-aged man with a short and portly build, Don Corneo has fair skin, a thin mustache, and blond hair shaved on the sides. He has the word 'Love' tattooed on the side of his head. He wears a red, three-quarter length coat with fur trim, an open white pocketed-buttoned shirt, blue jeans, and white dress shoes. His accessories include stud earrings, a medallion necklace, and several rings on his fingers. He is often seen smoking a cigar, adding to his flamboyant and ostentatious appearance.

Corneo is vain, greedy, and manipulative, often using his charm to mask his predatory nature. He is quick to anger and enjoys asserting dominance over others, particularly those he perceives as weaker. His foul mouth and lecherous comments make him a feared figure in Wall Market, yet he remains calm under pressure, always calculating his next move. Despite his power, he is disliked by many of his lackeys, who resent his treatment of them and his exploitative ways.
backstory
Don Corneo is a corrupt and lecherous crime boss who rules over Wall Market, a decadent district in Midgar. He is known for his crude, manipulative nature and his lustful pursuit of young women, whom he often exploits for his own pleasure. Despite his wealth and power, Don Corneo is a coward at heart, relying on his henchmen and influence to maintain control.
His relationship with Shinra is transactional, using the company’s resources for his personal gain, while also offering them support when it benefits him. Don Corneo is a primary antagonist during the Wall Market chapter, where he captures Aerith, Tifa, and Cloud (disguised as women) to choose one as his bride. His greed and arrogance make him a detestable figure, but his incompetence and eventual downfall highlight his weakness.
Though not a major villain in the overall story, Don Corneo is a memorable and morally reprehensible character who adds to the corruption and decadence of Midgar.
