The neuro centrum siphons magical energy from a target within 60 feet, dealing 4d10 necrotic damage and regaining hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
Pulsating Shockwave
Once per day, the Heart releases a shockwave of arcane energy in a 30-foot radius, forcing all creatures to make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 6d10 force damage and be knocked prone.
Summon Arcane Constructs
The neuro centrum can summon 1d4 Arcane Constructs (use stats of Animated Armor) to aid it in battle.
