Description
The Hydra is a fearsome serpentine creature that dwells in the murky waters of lakes or in larger caves. Known for its many heads and poisonous breath, this ancient monster is a formidable foe, capable of regenerating its heads when severed, making it a true terror of the Underworld. There is a couple of different kinds of Hydras; Golden, Black, Red and Green.

The Hydra exhales a cloud of poisonous gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Regenerate Heads
When a head is severed, the Hydra regrows two heads after 1d4 rounds unless the neck is cauterized.
