Le Ratte's Condos serves as a shabby boarding house for those who toil under Ratte's contracts. The building is crammed with tiny rooms, each barely accommodating a bed and a small window. The air is thick with the scent of burnt cooking and unwashed linens, creating an overwhelming sense of claustrophobia and fatigue among the residents, who often toil hard under the oppressive atmosphere of their employer's ambitions.
