A monk can activate the robes as a Bonus Action, spending 2 KI points to gain a bonus to their AC equal to half their Proficiency Bonus for 1 minute. The robes can be activated a number of times equal to half the monk's Proficiency Bonus per long rest. Additionally, they can spend 3 KI points to cast Gust of Wind without components, or 6 KI points to cast Levitation.
