You can use a bonus action to ignite the candle, shedding light like a normal candle while ablaze. While lit, this weapon deals an extra 2 fire damage to any target it hits. If you roll the same number on both d20s when making an attack roll with advantage or disadvantage, the ammunition ignites, exploding in a 5ft radius for 4d6 fire damage.
