Born to Gunnar Ironhand, the master blacksmith of Skogarvik, and Freya Loomweaver, a talented weaver, Leif grew up surrounded by craftsmanship and creativity. As an only child, he was delighted when Eirik came to live with his family after the tragic raid that orphaned him. The two boys quickly became inseparable, sharing everything from chores to dreams. Leif learned the art of metalwork from his father, showing a natural aptitude for forging tools and weapons. He also joined Eirik in combat training under Bjorn Strongarm, not only to defend the village but also to understand the weapons he crafted. Leif's family was one of the many that raised Eirik, and their bond grew so strong that they consider each other brothers. They spent their childhood exploring the village, assisting their parents, and engaging in friendly competitions. Leif admires both his parents' dedication to their crafts and strives to uphold their values of hard work and community service.
