Bregor is aggressive and confrontational, often expecting others to cater to his whims. He has little patience for incompetence and is quick to express his displeasure. Despite his rough exterior, he has a code of honor among pirates and values loyalty above all else.

Bregor grew up on the rough streets of a coastal town, learning to fend for himself from a young age. He quickly turned to piracy, where he found a sense of power and freedom on the high seas.
