This block experiences the highest frequency of sweeps in the district, with Civil Protection regularly deploying scanner units through ventilation systems. The water supply remains deliberately contaminated despite residents' technical capacity to implement filtration solutions—unauthorized attempts at water purification treated as serious loyalty infractions resulting in immediate relocation to Non-Citizen zones.

The block appears unremarkable, with drab, uniform buildings and tightly controlled access points. However, subtle signs of life and community can be seen in the form of hidden messages and discreet gatherings in shadowy corners.
