A determined woman with short, cropped black hair and piercing green eyes, she wears a standard Helldiver combat uniform adorned with medical insignia on the right shoulder and leftside breastplate. Her hands are often stained with the remnants of her work, and she carries a medical kit slung over her shoulder, pinning down her short cape and ready for any emergency. Her expression is often stern, reflecting her no-nonsense attitude.

Sabrina is pragmatic and unyielding, often prioritizing efficiency over empathy. She has little patience for weakness and is fiercely dedicated to her duty, believing that her skills are vital for the survival of her comrades. Beneath her cold exterior, however, lies a deep-seated desire to protect those she cares about, even if she struggles to express it.

Once a dedicated veterinarian on an agricultural world, Sabrina Mendoza's life took a drastic turn when she enlisted with the Helldivers. Her experience with animals provided her with a unique perspective on medicine, but the harsh realities of war forced her to adapt quickly. Now serving as the resident medic and combat surgeon aboard the SES Agent of Conviction, she has become known for her cold demeanor and no-nonsense attitude towards those she perceives as malingering or wasting precious medical supplies. Her past has hardened her, and she believes that every second counts in the heat of battle.
