Description
Once proud citizens of Super Earth, the Illuminate Voteless are now grotesque husks of their former selves, transformed by horrific experiments and brainwashing. They charge mindlessly at threats, resembling alien-infested zombies, possessed by a primal instinct to attack. They are often spurred on in combat by an Illuminate Overseer.

Actions
Arm Slam
The Voteless slams its tentacle-like arm against a target, dealing 2d8 + 4 bludgeoning damage.
Mindless Charge
The Voteless charges at a target, moving up to its speed and making an Arm Slam attack. If it moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a Tentacle Slam on the same turn, the target takes an extra 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
