Author's Note: Project abandoned for other persuits. Unfortunate, but was never quite able to bounce back after accidently deleting the overworld. This is free use to anybody persuing a similar project. Hopefully the weapons and enemy cards save you some time should you decide you want to continue this work. I will leave the world up for those who may have games open, and for future users to have access to the assets.

Jetpack Maneuver

The Overseer can use its jetpack to fly up to 60 feet in any direction, allowing it to evade attacks and reposition itself.

Jetpack Vulnerability

If the jetpack takes a direct or indirect hit and is critically damaged, it can explode, killing the Elevated Overseer and dealing 3d8 fire damage in a 15-foot radius.

Rifle Burst

The Elevated Overseer fires a five shot burst of plasma from its rifle, on a hit dealing 5d6 force damage to a target.

Throw Grenade

The Overseer throws a grenade at a point within 60 feet, creating an explosion that deals 4d6 fire damage in a 15-foot radius. Targets must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking half damage on a success.
