Description
Ul'dah is a bustling city-state known for its vibrant markets and opulent architecture. The streets are filled with merchants, adventurers, and the ever-present scent of exotic spices and street food, creating a lively atmosphere. However under the gold and silver reveals a cutthroat city, filled with seedy moneylenders, corruption, and greed. Those that aren't careful may very well lose the shirt off their back or sent to fight in the coliseum. It is governed by the Sultana and an organization known as the syndicate. A council of 6 individuals made up of the wealthiest of Ul'dah citizens. The syndicate holds the real power and is a legitimate government entity. Note to Franz: Do not treat the syndicate as a criminal entity.
