Description
A theocratic city-state ruled by the Ishgardian Orthodox Church, engaged in a millennia-long war with dragons, known as the dragonsong war. The city is currently in an eternal winter following the seventh umbral Calamity, with a population mainly of Elezen and Hyur. The city reveres the goddess Halone and considers those that are associated with dragons to be heretics, with an inquisition that will arrest any that have the slightest scent of heresy.
