Description
Ala Mhigo is a mountainous city-state in eastern Aldenard, under Garlean Empire occupation for twenty years following a rebellion against the mad king Theodoric. The city is ruled with an iron fist by Viceroy Zenos yae Galvus and the XIIth garlean legion under his command, with the native populace oppressed as second-class citizens.
Appearance
The city is nestled against rugged mountain slopes beside the salt lake Loch Seid, featuring fortified stone walls and imperial Garlean architecture marked by banners and military presence, contrasting with the worn homes of the subjugated Ala Mhigans.
