backstory
Rudolph 'Rudy' Conners, was born with significant deformities and health problems. To overcome his limitations, he developed a fighting-ready robot body, allowing him to fulfill his ambitions of protecting Earth's populace. After his original body succumbed to his ailments, Rudy’s mind was transferred into a clone body created from a sample of Rex Splode's blood, allowing him to start anew as a superhero.
