A tall and willowy Veylkin Warlock with pale skin faintly glowing with shifting arcane patterns like reflections on black water. His dark hair is weightless, floating unnaturally when still. His eyes contain moving fragments of stars drowned in ink. He wears a damp and ragged cloak that whispers softly as it moves—like distant waves on a shore that no longer exists. At his side hangs a blade named Drownspine, made of obsidian and memory.

Soft-spoken, speaks slowly as if choosing words from broken dreams. Often thoughtful, but deeply unsettling when he speaks truths no one else knows. Values memory, silence, and mercy—but doesn’t fear violence when necessary. He believes every death should be remembered—and takes those memories into himself.

He wasn’t born. He was remembered—the echo of a boy who should’ve died, forgotten by sea and gods alike. Instead, the Hollow Wane remembered him, shaped him from the moment of his non-existence, and gave him form. Whisper walks the world trying to understand why he exists and what drowned him before he was born. He serves a shadowed entity known only as The Weight, which grants him power in exchange for carrying echoes of souls lost to the Veil.
