Description
The Craterborn Horror is a grotesque monstrosity that crawled out of the Shuddering Crater, a place where time and reality twist and warp. With hundreds of writhing limbs and countless eyes that seem to gaze through the very fabric of time, it instills dread in all who encounter it.

Chrono-Rend
The Craterborn Horror makes a melee attack against a target. On a hit, the target must reverse one turn of their actions, losing any benefits gained during that turn.
Temporal Pulse
The Craterborn Horror releases a wave of temporal energy. All creatures within 30 feet must reroll their initiative and act in the new order.
Wail of Rupture
The Craterborn Horror emits a terrifying wail that shakes the battlefield. Each creature within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn. Additionally, the wail may open tiny rifts in space, summoning 1d4 weaker horrors (DM's choice) to the battlefield.
